Jacki has extensive experience working with Mergers and Acquisitions teams advising on cybersecurity and data privacy, due diligence and preparing clients for both purchase and sale of businesses. She works closely with both M&A counsel and technology and risk management teams to advise clients on short term and long-term risk associated with cybersecurity hygiene and data privacy compliance.

General Counsel & Privacy Counsel

In addition to her specialized roles, Jacki acts as outside general counsel and privacy counsel for small and mid-sized businesses. She provides strategic advice on corporate affairs, contract negotiations, governance, and privacy matters, ensuring robust compliance and effective management of internal legal issues.
