Our team vigorously defends employers in all types of employment litigation, responding to charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in court against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII); the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) as well as state and local laws. We represent employers in wage and hour disputes in court and before federal and state agencies.
